These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between m.tg777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at mtg777.org and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

m.tg777 is an online gaming platform operating under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government body responsible for licensing and regulating gaming operations in the Philippines. Our platform offers live casino games, slot machines, bingo, fishing games, and other gaming products, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

These Terms apply to all aspects of your use of m.tg777, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, gameplay, and customer support interactions. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or game types and will be communicated at the relevant point of participation.

To register and use the m.tg777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. m.tg777 is licensed for operation in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing the Platform is legal in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on m.tg777. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by m.tg777 or any PAGCOR-affiliated program.
• Not a Restricted Person: Employees of m.tg777, its affiliates, game providers, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold Player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

To access real-money gaming services on m.tg777, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

• Accurate Information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. Fictitious names, aliases, or false details are prohibited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. m.tg777 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify m.tg777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. m.tg777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• KYC Verification: m.tg777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above ₱10,000 per PAGCOR compliance requirements.
• Account Suspension: m.tg777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or is associated with fraudulent activity, without prior notice.

All financial transactions on m.tg777 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). m.tg777 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards are also accepted for deposits.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically processed within 1–3 business hours, subject to the sending bank's processing times.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Only Real Money Balance (not Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements) is eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will be reviewed for compliance with these Terms before processing.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• KYC for Withdrawals: Withdrawals above ₱10,000 require completed KYC verification. m.tg777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory identity verification is completed.
• Prohibited Payment Methods: m.tg777 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind. Credit card gambling deposits are not supported in compliance with Philippine regulations. Any attempt to deposit via prohibited methods will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an account review.
• Matching of Payment Methods: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Transaction Fees: m.tg777 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which m.tg777 accepts no responsibility.

m.tg777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins or credits expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means constitutes fraud.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded from bonus play entirely. Game contribution rates will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: m.tg777 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, collusion, or use of automated betting systems.
• Modification of Promotions: m.tg777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the modification.

All games available on m.tg777 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios with professional dealers operating under strict protocols.

• Game Outcomes: All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer procedures. m.tg777 does not manipulate game outcomes based on player history, bet size, account status, or any other factor.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the integrity of a game round, m.tg777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. Winnings generated from a malfunctioning game are not valid and will not be paid.
• Disconnection Policy: If a Player is disconnected during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's rules. m.tg777 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game type, table, and Player account status.
• Currency: All bets and winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to Player accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m.tg777 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using m.tg777 to launder funds of illegal origin. m.tg777 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer formats.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Hacking & Exploitation: Attempting to access, modify, or exploit the Platform's software, servers, or game systems in any unauthorized manner.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account per individual for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to m.tg777. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.

All content on the m.tg777 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of m.tg777 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any Platform content without the prior written consent of m.tg777.

Game content, including slot titles, live dealer interfaces, and fishing game assets, may be owned by third-party game providers and is licensed to m.tg777 for use on the Platform. All third-party intellectual property rights are acknowledged and respected.

m.tg777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary for account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.
• Data Use: Your data is used to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with PAGCOR and AMLC regulatory requirements, and improve Platform services.
• Data Security: All data transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Player financial data is handled through PCI-compliant payment processors.
• Data Sharing: m.tg777 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities (PAGCOR, AMLC) as required by Philippine law, and with payment processors and game providers as necessary to operate the Platform.
• Your Rights: Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. Contact our Data Protection Officer at the email address listed in Section 16.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, m.tg777 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

• Platform Availability: m.tg777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.
• Third-Party Services: m.tg777 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party payment processors, game providers, or internet service providers.
• Gaming Losses: m.tg777 accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through gameplay. All wagering is undertaken at the Player's own risk and discretion.
• Maximum Liability: Where liability cannot be excluded by law, m.tg777's total liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time, subject to the provisions below.

• Player-Initiated Closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting m.tg777 customer support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after applicable checks, provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply.
• m.tg777-Initiated Suspension: m.tg777 may suspend or terminate an Account immediately and without prior notice if a Player violates these Terms, engages in prohibited conduct, or if required by regulatory authorities.
• Balance on Termination for Cause: If an Account is terminated due to fraud, money laundering, or other serious violations, m.tg777 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation and may forfeit such balance in accordance with applicable law.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who self-exclude may not request account reopening during the self-exclusion period. Requests to reopen a permanently self-excluded account will not be honored.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to m.tg777's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a formal complaint to our customer support team, which will be reviewed and responded to within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from these Terms.

m.tg777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or by prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the m.tg777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page indicate the current version of these Terms. Previous versions are available upon request by contacting customer support.
